Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Life Coach & Motivational Speaker Program by Anupam Jaiswal and AJ Leadership Academy, hosted via https://anupamjaiswal.in. We are committed to providing transformative experiences that bring clarity, growth, and direction to your life and business journey.

Because our sessions are delivered live and involve limited seats, we have established a clear and transparent refund policy to help manage expectations and ensure fairness to all participants.

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

All registrations for our workshops, preview sessions, and webinars — including the ₹99 entry fee — are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes:

No-shows due to personal conflicts

Last-minute cancellations

Schedule misunderstandings

Technical issues on your device

Network or power outages on your end

This nominal fee is used to confirm your seat and ensure serious participation in an event with extremely limited capacity. Once a seat is booked, it cannot be reissued, hence our no-refund stance.

2. Transfer of Seat

We understand that sometimes emergencies arise. If you are unable to attend the workshop after registering, you may transfer your seat to someone else. This request must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. Email your full name, registered email ID, and the name and email of the replacement attendee to [email protected].

We will send updated access details to the new participant if the transfer is approved.

3. Session Access and Recording

Our workshops are live experiences, designed for real-time learning and engagement. We do not promise access to recordings unless explicitly mentioned in the event details. Missing the live session will not entitle you to a refund.

If a replay is made available, it will be shared only with attendees who completed the registration and met participation criteria. This is a value-based decision and not a right guaranteed with registration.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

If the session is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to technical reasons, unavoidable circumstances, or instructor illness, participants will be:

Offered a full refund

OR

Given access to the same session on a new date

You will be notified via the email you used for registration. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders regularly.

5. Technical Readiness

It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection, and login credentials are ready before the event. We recommend logging in 5–10 minutes early to avoid last-minute technical issues.
